The Role
You generate qualified pipeline for Revoya's Account Executive team through outbound prospecting into compliance, security, and operations leaders at startups and mid-market companies across fintech, healthtech, manufacturing, and SaaS. You are the first voice of Revoya for many buyers. Your outreach shapes how the market perceives us, and your pipeline shapes how the company grows. This is a career-building role with a clear, supported path to Account Executive.
What You Will Do
- —Build and execute outbound sequences targeting Heads of Compliance, CISOs, GCs, and VP Engineering at target accounts
- —Qualify inbound leads through discovery calls and route them to the appropriate AE
- —Research target accounts and build personalized outreach based on regulatory triggers, funding events, and hiring signals
- —Maintain accurate lead and activity data in CRM
- —Work with AEs and marketing to test new messaging, personas, and outreach channels
- —Meet or exceed monthly qualified meeting targets
- —Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and share what is working
What We Are Looking For
- —1–3 years of SDR, BDR, or business development experience in B2B SaaS or professional services
- —Track record of outbound prospecting results (sequence open rates, reply rates, meetings set)
- —Strong written communication; you write short, personalized, direct outreach that earns a reply
- —Comfortable with account research and finding the right contact at the right company
- —Genuine curiosity about AI governance, compliance technology, or regulated industries
- —Coachable, competitive, and resilient; most outreach does not get a response and you keep going anyway
- —Intention to move into an AE role within 12–18 months
