The Role

You are responsible for client outcomes, adoption, and retention across Revoya's Managed AI Governance and AI Governance Operations clients. This is an advisory, high-touch role. Your clients are compliance, security, and operations leaders working through AI governance challenges in regulated industries. You are not running a ticket queue. You are a partner helping clients build AI governance programs that can withstand regulatory scrutiny. You will own onboarding, ongoing engagement, health monitoring, and renewal conversations for a portfolio of named accounts.

What You Will Do

  • Own the post-sale success journey for 15–30 Managed AI Governance and AI Governance Operations clients
  • Lead structured onboarding that shortens time to first results and sets clear program milestones
  • Conduct regular check-ins and QBRs with compliance, security, and operations stakeholders
  • Monitor client health and proactively address adoption gaps before they become retention risks
  • Translate Revoya's advisory outputs into clear, actionable program guidance for clients
  • Partner with Account Management on commercial conversations tied to adoption and program expansion
  • Document client feedback, product requests, and delivery patterns to improve Revoya's service
  • Maintain health metrics, NPS, and renewal forecast in CRM

What We Are Looking For

  • 3–6 years of customer success in B2B SaaS or professional services with enterprise clients
  • Experience supporting GRC, compliance, security, or operations buyers strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to drive adoption and client outcomes in an advisory, consultative context
  • Strong communication skills; you can explain technical and regulatory concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Identifies at-risk clients early and acts before churn becomes likely
  • Comfortable managing 15–30 accounts without letting quality degrade
  • High empathy, high accountability, and a genuine orientation toward client outcomes

Why Revoya

  • The clients you support are building AI governance programs that boards, auditors, and regulators will scrutinize. This is consequential work.
  • Advisory engagement model with real client impact and visible program outcomes
  • Work with a team that has spent years in AI risk, enterprise compliance, and regulated industries
  • Equity in an early company with real upside as the AI governance market builds
