The Role

You own the post-sale commercial relationship for a growing book of Revoya clients. Your primary objectives are retention and expansion: converting AI Readiness Assessment clients into Managed AI Governance retainer relationships, and expanding retainer clients as their programs grow in scope. Your buyers are GRC and compliance professionals who have already chosen Revoya. Your job is to deepen those relationships, demonstrate ongoing value, and identify growth opportunities before renewal. This role requires both commercial instincts and enough domain knowledge to have substantive conversations with compliance and security leaders.

What You Will Do

  • Own commercial relationships for 25–40 existing Revoya client accounts
  • Drive renewals and ensure on-time contract execution with no surprise churn
  • Identify and qualify expansion opportunities from AI Readiness Assessment to Managed AI Governance retainers
  • Build relationships beyond the primary contact by mapping and engaging stakeholders across the organization
  • Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate program progress and ROI
  • Partner with Customer Success on client health scoring and escalation of at-risk accounts
  • Maintain accurate renewal forecast and expansion pipeline in CRM
  • Provide structured client feedback to product and delivery teams

What We Are Looking For

  • 3–7 years of account management or customer success in B2B SaaS or professional services
  • Track record of net revenue retention above 110% in a prior role
  • Experience managing GRC, compliance, or security technology relationships strongly preferred
  • Can identify expansion signals from usage patterns, conversations, and org changes
  • Strong relationship management; clients know your name and return your calls
  • Organized and proactive; does not wait for renewal alerts to start the conversation
  • Comfortable running QBRs and executive business reviews
