The Role
You own full-cycle sales into the startup segment. Your target accounts are Series A through C companies in fintech, healthtech, and SaaS facing their first serious compliance and AI governance requirements. Your buyers are Heads of Compliance, General Counsel, CTOs, and VPs of Engineering being asked by their boards, investors, or regulators to have an answer on AI governance. You will run deals from first contact to close, with deal sizes typically ranging from $15K to $50K. Early-stage companies are reaching these requirements faster than they anticipated, and Revoya is frequently their first call.
What You Will Do
- —Build and manage a pipeline of 50–100+ target accounts across fintech, healthtech, and SaaS
- —Run discovery and qualification calls with compliance, legal, and engineering buyers
- —Deliver Revoya's AI Readiness Assessment pitch and manage proof-of-concept engagements
- —Own full sales cycles from first outreach through contract close
- —Work with our SDR to build outbound sequences for your target accounts
- —Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in CRM
- —Feed buyer feedback into competitive positioning and messaging
- —Collaborate with Customer Success on client handoffs to protect retention and expansion
What We Are Looking For
- —2–5 years of full-cycle SaaS or professional services sales experience
- —Track record of quota attainment at an early-stage or scaling company
- —Experience selling to compliance, legal, or technical buyers, not only IT procurement
- —Comfortable running deals at $15K–$50K ACV with 30–90 day sales cycles
- —Strong written and verbal communication; you can explain complex topics clearly
- —Self-directed; builds structure in ambiguous environments
- —Genuine interest in AI governance, compliance technology, or regulated industries
