Account Executive, Enterprise
About Revoya
Revoya builds the governance infrastructure for the AI era. We partner with security, compliance, and operations leaders in regulated industries to make AI adoption responsible and defensible. We are early, growing fast, and doing work that matters.
The Role
You own complex enterprise sales cycles into mid-market and enterprise accounts (500–5,000 employees) across financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing. Your buyers are CISOs, Chief Risk Officers, VP Compliance, and General Counsel managing real regulatory pressure: SOC 2, HIPAA, OCC guidance on model risk, and AI-specific scrutiny from boards and regulators. You will manage multi-stakeholder deals worth $75K–$250K+ with 60–180 day cycles, navigating legal, procurement, and executive alignment simultaneously. Enterprise AI governance has moved from discretionary to required. Boards and regulators are asking for answers, and procurement is following.
What You Will Do
- —Build and manage a pipeline of 30–60 enterprise target accounts in financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing
- —Qualify and advance multi-stakeholder opportunities with 3–8 buyer personas per deal
- —Lead executive-level discovery, business case development, and proposal presentation
- —Negotiate and close contracts from $75K to $250K+ in ACV
- —Work with legal, procurement, and InfoSec counterparts through vendor evaluation
- —Coordinate with technical and delivery teams during proof-of-concept engagements
- —Develop territory plans and account-based strategies for named accounts
- —Feed deal-level intelligence back to product and marketing
What We Are Looking For
- —5–10 years of enterprise B2B sales in SaaS, GRC, cybersecurity, or professional services
- —Demonstrated track record closing $100K+ deals with complex procurement and multi-stakeholder approval
- —Experience selling to CISOs, CROs, or VP Compliance, with solid understanding of their decision criteria and buying incentives
- —Ability to manage 60–180 day sales cycles without losing deal momentum
- —Strong executive presence and business case presentation skills
- —Organized and disciplined about CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy
- —Background in financial services, healthcare, or regulated industry strongly preferred
Why Revoya
- —Enterprise AI governance has become a board-level requirement. You are selling something buyers are already being asked to procure.
- —Real territory ownership with account-based strategy and direct input into enterprise go-to-market
- —Work with a team that has spent years in AI risk, enterprise compliance, and regulated industries
- —Equity in an early company with real upside as the AI governance market builds
