Account Executive, Enterprise — EMEA

The Role

You own enterprise sales across the UK, EU, and Middle East. These are markets where AI regulatory pressure is not hypothetical. The EU AI Act, GDPR, DORA, and emerging national AI frameworks are creating compliance requirements that most enterprises have not yet met. Your buyers are CISOs, CROs, VP Compliance, and General Counsel facing board-level scrutiny and regulatory deadlines. This role requires both enterprise sales discipline and genuine fluency in the EMEA regulatory environment. You need to understand why EU AI Act Article 9 and DORA ICT risk requirements create buyer urgency, not just that they do.

What You Will Do

  • Own territory strategy and pipeline development across UK, EU, and Middle East markets
  • Build relationships with enterprise buyers (CISOs, CROs, GCs, VP Compliance) in financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing
  • Lead executive discovery and AI governance business case development tailored to EU regulatory requirements
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles from $75K–$250K+ ACV
  • Work with legal, procurement, and InfoSec counterparts through EMEA vendor evaluation processes
  • Coordinate proof-of-concept engagements with the Revoya delivery team across time zones
  • Develop competitive positioning grounded in EU AI Act, GDPR, and DORA compliance requirements
  • Represent Revoya at EMEA industry events and conferences

What We Are Looking For

  • 5–10 years of enterprise B2B sales in SaaS, GRC, cybersecurity, or professional services
  • Demonstrated EMEA territory experience with quota attainment in UK, EU, or Middle East markets
  • Working knowledge of EU AI Act, GDPR, and DORA and how they drive enterprise procurement decisions
  • Experience selling to CISOs, CROs, or compliance leadership in EMEA enterprises
  • Strong executive presence; comfortable presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
  • Experience navigating multi-currency, multi-entity contract structures
  • Language skills beyond English (German, French, or Arabic) a strong plus
